Trimble CCSFlex™ Soil Compaction Control System

The Trimble CCSFlex is an aftermarket system that can be retrofitted to any soil compactor with an open or enclosed cab. The “in a case” system is just that. All of the necessary components come in a portable case for easy travel and quick installation.

Designed to meet the needs and budgets of owner operators and small to mid-size contractors, the Trimble CCSFlex is ideal for temporary installations from fleet to fleet, rented machines, or for entry-level configurations. Start with Entry-Level Pass Counts
As a low cost option, start with the Entry-Level Pass Count configuration. Perform sub-meter level horizontal mapping without a base station. Meet target pass counts more efficiently.

Upgrade to Compaction Mapping
Equip the optional CM310 Compaction Sensor to measure and record vibratory performance of the soil compactor drum. Get real-time compaction data right inside the cab with a mounted display control box. View vibratory parameters and soil compaction measurements such as frequency, amplitude, Compaction Meter Value (CMV), Resonance Meter Valve (RMV), or drum bounce.

Achieve Higher Accuracy Mapping
Get the right positioning receivers that provides precise accuracy levels but also meets your needs and budget. Choose from accuracy levels from standard to high precision.

  • Location RTK: Precise horizontal is ideal for applications where the horizontal accuracy needs to be 1–2cm
  • Full RTK: Ideal for applications where a vertical GPS-RTK accuracy is required
  • GLONASS Satellite Tracking: Suggested for locations with more limited GNSS satellite reception
